Ownership

This Enterprise POS Software, including its source code, database architecture, interface design, business logic, documentation, and related components, is the exclusive intellectual property of Amtek Smart Solutions Ltd.

Licence Grant

The licensed customer is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use this software for approved business operations only. Ownership of the software and all intellectual property rights remain with Amtek Smart Solutions Ltd.

Restrictions

Without written permission from Amtek Smart Solutions Ltd., users are prohibited from:

Licence Control

Each installation is authorised through a unique licence issued by Amtek Smart Solutions Ltd. The licence may be linked to the registered business, branch, number of users, terminals, and validity period.

Software Protection

Unauthorised Use
